Johnny Langenheim is a writer and producer whose clients include the Guardian, Sunday Times, Conde Nast Traveller, Sydney Morning Herald and GEO. His special areas of focus include human ecology and the environment and he has written extensively on the maritime cultures of South East Asia including the Bajau Laut, some of the world’s last marine nomads. He spent a decade working in South East Asia and the Pacific and continues to travel there extensively, with recent assignments in West Papua, PNG and the Solomon Islands. He has recently diversified into documentary film for multilateral & broadcast clients with subjects ranging from marine conservation to reportage on the troubled Indonesian province of West Papua.
