Like all the Siren Fleet’s boats, these Philippines liveaboards were built in Sulawesi, Indonesia by master ship builders, the Bugis and are constructed of beatifully wrought ironwood. Classical design is matched by modern comforts and the latest dive gear. The boats visit some of the most famous and well protected seascapes in the Philippines, including Tubbataha Reef and Coron.
STAY
Both of these 40 metre liveaboards feature twin cabins catering for up to 16 guests; two of the eight air-conditioned cabins can be converted into doubles. Both feature spacious lounge and dining areas, including charging stations for your photo and video gear. The decks are equally expansive, with sun beds for your post-dive pleasure. Meals are served buffet style and snacks and drinks are available throughought the day.
PLAY
Dive the Philippines best reefs, with Nitrox on offer for experienced divers. The Palau Siren concentrates on week long voyages around the Province, including of course the legendary Tubbataha Reef and the wrecks of Coron. The Philippines Siren wanders further afield, also taking in Apo Reef, Cebu, Dauin and Aniolao. Both offer snorkelling besides diving as well as kayaking and select sightseeing activities. Siren Fleet also offer specialist trips featuring guest experts, from photographers to scientists.
SUSTAIN
Siren staff make an effort to educate guests about marine ecoystems as well as ensuring that they dive responsibly. One of their regular trips features a guest lecturer from Reef Check, which adds a whole new dimension to the regular dive trip as guests discover little known facts about coral reef ecosystems.
